Specialty Cheese Kit

Creamy brie, gooey camembert, strong blues and more, made in your kitchen!

This kit contains all the equipment and ingredients to get you started, including the same speciality mould spores and cultures as used by small, European artisan producers. So you can be sure your cheese will be full of flavour and ripened to perfection. 

Time: 1-5 hours per recipe (does not include maturing time of min. 3 weeks)

Quantity: Approx. 40 x 175 g cheeses

Cheese the kit makes: Camembert, Double Cream Brie, Stilton Style Cheese, French Neufchatel, Blue Vien Cheese, Gorgonzola. 

Cultures included in this kit will be fine during postage, however, we suggest storing cultures in the freezer when you get them in order to prolong the life of the culture.
