Shipping

We ship Australia wide. 

All orders made within Australia are sent via either Australia Post or via Couriersunless an Express service is specifically selected.  The courier service is not available to PO Boxes. We provide tracking numbers via email. Please ensure that your email address is correctly entered and that your inbox, including junk mail, is monitored. Kindly double-check your address details when placing an order, as The Living Co. cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels. We deliver to PO boxes (Australia post only) and residential/business addresses. 

Delivery Times:

All shipping times are in compliance with the shipping time frames provided by our shipping partners, Australia Post and Sendle (both 100% carbon-neutral delivery services). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping rates are calculated on gross weight, size, and delivery location. Orders are dispatched within 1- 4 business days.

Tracking your delivery:
Once you've received your order confirmation email, you will receive a second email letting you know that your order has been dispatched. This email will include order tracking details and specific instructions to track your order using the carrier designated to your order. It will also contain contact details for the carrier should you want to make any other inquiries. 

Receiving your delivery: 
We work closely with our courier company to ensure all packages are delivered in a timely manner. Should you have any concerns regarding your delivery, our team are always happy to assist. Contact us via email on admin@thelivingco.com.au. 

PO Boxes: 
We do not ship to PO boxes with Sendle.  Please select Australia Post for PO boxes.

Incorrect address or returned parcels:
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.

Order process times:
Orders for stocked items placed before 11 am AEST are dispatched the same day. If you have placed an order over the weekend, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. For non-stocked items, please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed. *Please note business days do not include weekends and public holidays.

LOCAL DELIVERY:
Melbourne (EVERY FRIDAY). We do not offer local delivery to business addresses. Please select Sendle or Australia post at checkout.
