LOCAL DELIVERY

FREE delivery to addresses within these areas for orders over $99.
Flat fee of $4.95 for orders under $99 within these council areas. 

If you live in a secure building that we can’t access, we kindly ask that you select Australia Post at checkout instead of local delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to leave parcels in secure locations without access.

We do our best to pack and send orders ASAP once we have completed an ordering cycle (1st and 15th of each month). Once with the courier, estimated delivery times for standard shipping order are:

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

When your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a timeline for your order's journey. It will also contain contact details for the carrier and a tracking number, so that you can contact them directly should you want to make any other inquiries.

RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY

We work closely with our courier company to ensure all packages are delivered in a timely fashion. Should you have any concerns regarding your delivery get in contact with us ASAP and we will work together to resolve the matter.
