  • Lemon Balm may assist to reduce anxiety, increase calmness and improve mood. 
  • May help overcome insomnia and improve cognitive performance and memory. 
  • May relax the gut and assist with colic.

Direction for Use: Use 1 teaspoon of herb to one cup of very hot water. Steep for 5-10 minutes then strain. Use several times daily as needed. Drink hot or cold as preferred. Half dose for children. Sweeten with honey or stevia as required.

Cautions/Contra-Indications: 

Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to consumption of herbal teas during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if a medical condition is present, whilst taking prescription medication or if surgery is scheduled.
